StormPath Terms of Use

Acceptance
By using StormPath, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Safety and Driver Responsibility
- Do not operate the app while driving. Use a passenger or pull over safely.
- Always follow posted signs, official warnings, road closures, and emergency instructions.
- You are solely responsible for driving decisions and route choices.
No Warranty / Informational Use
StormPath provides route, traffic, weather, and hazard information "as is" and "as available." Data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. StormPath does not guarantee conditions, safety, route suitability, or uninterrupted service.
Emergency Use Restriction
StormPath is not an emergency service and must not be relied on as the sole source of life-safety or emergency decision-making information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StormPath and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Third-Party Services
StormPath may rely on third-party providers (including map, traffic, weather, alert, and Anthropic Claude for Stormy). Their availability and accuracy are outside StormPath control.
StormPath Plus subscriptions
StormPath Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The App Store shows the price for your country at checkout; typical U.S. prices are $4.99 per month and $49.99 per year. The yearly plan includes two months.
- Service: StormPath Plus (Stormy, multi-route weather, traffic, and related Plus features). The price is unchanged.
- Length: one month or one year, depending on the plan you choose.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription price.
- You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions), or from About → Manage subscription in the app.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
